all my rentals are closed

 I am trying since weeks to rent the apartent out, it is coming up with the message, that it is closed 

and it gives me error messages all the time. 

 

please advice, what to do , as I want to rent out again

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for reaching out. 

 

In order to set your property status to ‘open bookable’, you will need to make sure you've done the following:

  1. Add or arrange photos of your property.
  2. Review your facilities and room amenities.
  3. Read your property description for accuracy.
  4. Check you’ve loaded enough availability in your calendar.
  5. Make sure you’ve added rates for the rooms you’ve made available.
  6. Preview your property page as it will appear on our website.

Once everything is ready, click on ‘Make my property live’ via a button in your extranet.

 

Your property will then be live on Booking.com and you will be ready for your first booking!

 

If you are still facing issues, you will need to reach out to us via the Inbox tab -> Booking.com Messages.
