Already waiting a hour to contact by phone the helpdesk

Is it normal to wait for one hour at the telephone to ask a question to booking.com??? Unbelievable bad service

Sorry to hear that...sometimes it takes time but not an hour!!!

 

Maybe you could contact them through your Extranet inbox tab.

Friendly reminder : its not that is a bad service, the issue is actually smaller teams and reduced office locations, therefore, longer waiting times depending on which office you are speaking to in which country.

 

For that reason alone if this happens when you use the private Extranet IBox located Partner Support Number, then go have a look at the Public  location numbers for another city or nearby country.

 

 


As per the  Contact us on bottom of every page, you use the Extranet Inbox to locate your assigned BdC Partner Support Number, as folows:

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
