appartment not bookable

I posted a new apartment on the extranet on May 9th - I know very well how to do that as I also placed all of our other apartments. This apartment is still not bookable. Not even after I sent a viedo proving it's my apartment! I already called 10 times, messaged and emailed several times, to no avail. The operators, both Spanish and English speakers, can only send an NTA to the department dealing with this problem! I have already done a videocal (with bleu jeans) for another apartment, but I already got an appointment after 3 days. Someone who has had that too?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

what il already did: called 12 x with both the spanish and english line -5 x emailed - message sent via extranet. The only answer I get by phone: "you have to be patient." or "there was a software problem" By mail: we need more information - while everything was neatly explained, in 3 languages NL-E and Spanish. I'm really getting a bit tired, that's 3 weeks now!!! I have more than 10 other apartments in the extranet, not once were there any problems.



i understand the frustration, but we as partners /volunterrs on here have no access nor ability to influence the outcome or process speed.
