We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Automatic booking

Hello  I have just received a reservation form booking.com when at the same time I received a request from another website we use for booking.  

This reservation on booking.com is not desirable as it is a Monday to Monday booking whilst we prefer bookings on Saturday to Saturday (especially in peak summer time).  I have messaged the client asking him to cancel or at least change to Saturday to Saturday.  Can I also insist at certain times of the year that clients can only book Saturday to Saturday please?

You can change your Rates setup to allow for this.  Under Rates, Calendar, List view - open up left hand side and you will see 'No arrivals' and 'No departures' options.  You can set these using the Bulk edit for the dates you want.  There is also Min and Max length of stay options.  If you don't see the options contact the booking.com help team and ask them to give you access.  Use Inbox icon on Extranet.
