AVAILABILITY WRONG SETTING- URGENT!!!

Good morning,

 

There's a mistake on the availability for the period of 30 may to 02 June. the house is available for this period (a guest checking in on 02nd June but if I check availability for 30th May to 02nd June it says it's not available and this is wrong.

Can you please correct and set availability from 30 May to 02 June?

This is urgent!

Open extranet Extranet, and then the availability calendar and close the dates or rooms.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’

  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
