Sorry, Dimitris you can also set up your calendar so guests have to let you know 1,2 etc. days before making reservations.

Hi, it is called minimum advance reservation and this tool can be added to any room or rate (I am not sure if you can do it by yourselves or need to ask CS to add it to you). You then update in extranet either as 1,2 etc days or you can use 5H which menas 5 hours advance etc. Hope this helps.
