Banking information

I received an email today Thanking me for my banking information.  I haven't sent any recent info and haven't changed anything.  This is alarming to me.  It was a "no reply" email.

Since this is only a Partner Community....Please resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.

I have sent an message via the Extranet and still have not received a response.  This is third response I've receive via this portal.  There seems to be no easy way to have one's questions answered.

I did call.  They referred me to the Extranet!  I got on the Extranet and can't find any messages.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.


No-reply@   is common for systems to use when they are just notifications.

if the domain part was not of this name and format, then it is spam.
