B.com has accepted a booking below my minimum stay

I stopped taking 1 night stands and increased to a minimum of 2 nights, this was before Christmas. Today I received confirmation of a booking of 1 night in August. I’ve tried the help centre but no luck and everything is automated question/answers which don’t fit my problem.  What do I do next?

call phone BdC as per below and have the mreview and show you were you went wrong. its a common issue.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
