Beeing always one step ahead of our guest
We feel thrilled that we getting such a reccognision again this year. Especially having to deal with extrodinary challenges that no one, in our generation atleast, has faced before. When we sat down after the last meeting before the openning last year, I said to my colleges and coworkers that I am happy and proud with everyone and if everyone does their job right, then we have nothing to fear of. And we did it, like we always do, because we follow one big rule: beeing one step ahead of our guests. Providing the service they require before they even ask. Creating a space arround them, inside wich, they are the number one. And at the same time be warm and available and showing that in our place they can feel safe and happy. At the same time we let them come closer and see how we do things, what is the local culture, food and drink. The best award is when we see so many of our guests comming back year after year and they trust us like their own family.
