We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Black friday special

I would like to offer a black Friday special only for one specific week in December. Is this possible. I see on opportunity it says the whole period must be at same rate but i only want for certain dates, and i also already have bookings at normal rate that fall within that period

Yes, simply:

  • Open Rate menu > Calendar
  • Select List View
  • Select All Rooms (types) or one Room Type.
  • Set Date Range  - From - Through
  • Tick Restrictions 
  • Now manually enter the price  by date
  • Optional you can tweak the restrictions by date, for min/max stay; No Arrivals, No Departures; Min Advance Reservation.  Values can be 'xh' for hours or for days 'x'.
