Blacklist Guest

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to blacklist guests? We had a guest book direct back in April and police were called at that time due to illegal activities. This guest booked with us again via using another name but the same credit card and contact details. We refused her. How can I stop her from booking, at least with the 2 names she has used so far?

In the reservation detail page is a Report Guest feature.

However as I just discovered you are limited as to when you can use it.

As Shown Below.


So my workaround is collect the Reservation numbers and note the names, CC and contact info.

Then use the message option to send to BdC support, give it 10 minutes, and then pick up the phone and ring BdC support. See guide below.


At this point the case has been opened and they have the message in front of them, to discuss , further action.

Yes, I found that button just now, however we didn't allow the guest to check in as we recognised her (but not the other 2 carloads of people who turned up with her...) so it would not have helped. 

I appreciate your assistance, I will follow your advise next time. 


I would still contact BdC directly with the info and ask for the manual blocking of these people.
