Hello I have some difficulty to open as I wos try to modify some options I close all day now I can't reopen again

You can mark as Open in Rates and Availability, Calendar or on the Pulse app.

You have posted this on the partner forum so I am not able to check your setup.  You should email the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.
