Blocking a guest from future bookings
I have a guest who keeps making a booking and then cancelling it - last time it was just outside the 'no refund' window. It is costing us when we can't refill the vacancy. How can I stop her from making any future bookings with us?

Simply open their last booking and click report, then use the tick boxes at the bottom to black list them.

Thanks for your help, but it seems like you can only do that once a guest has checked in - and of course she never does actually check in. The 'report misconduct' link is greyed out.
Send message to BdC support with the details.
They may not have a feature for this already though.
