For this topic you should clarify what you mean by 'I do not have avenue' , as in English that does not make sense .


It kind of sounds like you had a valid booking, then at some point  before arrival they asked for something, you refer to as 'venue'.


and now as a result of not being able to provide 'venue' you want to , cancel and refund and then no commission , is that right?


or are you actually saying this is a double booking /overbooking ,and you want to cancel it, but the check=in date is now in the past?
