A booking is not visible at my extranet
Dear Booking,
i have got a booking number ***, which came in my inbox e-mail but is not visible the arrival day at my reservations on extranet.
Can you inform me please? Will the quest come or cancelled?
It could be there is just a bit of a delay between the email and extranet.
