Booking process

Just 5 hrs intimation is really taxing , got up at midnight and saw the E Mail and worked hard to received the first guest during this receding corono!! A ph8ne call from customervwervice or sms would have been better





  1. Phone call from Partner Support when there is a new booking.  No that is not a thing never has been.  
  2. Notifications of a new booking. Yes the system will send :
    1. message to your Extranet Message, and appears on Reservation List
    2. message to your email inbox
    3. push notification to pulse app on smart phone / SMS.

Note If you have turn these off or have not finished setup then you may not begetting all of them.


Extranet top right circle menu 1, has the options for contacts and notifications.



Reminder Partner Support will never see this. Posting account or action requests here will result in nothing.


 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
