Booking ref ***

Good day

 

my guest tell me he paid the breakfast and I see this booking is without breakfast 

Could u please clarify and send me a formal notification explaining if this booking is with or without breakfast

Only you can do that since it was you who set it up.

 

Did you add meals to the Rate Plans directly?

Did you enable meals under Facilities & Services?

Open the reservation details page look for it there, if it is not shown as included and not shown as selected and paid for as an actual charge then its not paid for .

Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
