The booking of room we do not have available.

I would like to resolve the problem of Booking.com making reservations for room we do not have available

Booking didnt make a reservation, a guest did, based on your management of your availability calendar.

 

You cannot blame anyone else.

 

This includes, enabling IcAL sync for another OTA, it is not reliable and will cause Over booking.

 

Only can be achieved using a 3rd party service -channel manager

 

PS: Rename your profile to your name or property name, and not a Borg Designation. :)

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
