booking time concern

A request has been made by guest to book in 4:00hrs AM to 5:00hrs AM for Friday 7th August,,i have sent three messages saying this time slot is out of our operating hrs,, but no reply from you or guest as to what tod ,,we do not want guests turning up at our property at 4 AM ,,WILL YOU OR THE GUEST CANCEL PLEASE AS URGENT, THANKS

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with a booking issue.  I do sympathise as I had a guest want to turn up at 2am and he complained when I said this would be a $20 charge.  Luckily he cancelled because he objected to the charge.
