There could be lots of reasons for your hotel not showing.  Is it showing closed for all dates or just some?  Presumably on Rates and availability you have availability set?  As this is the partner forum and not the booking.com help team we cannot see your setup so it is difficult to offer suggestions.  Try contacting the booking.com team using Inbox icon on Extranet.
