We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Does anyone know why the Aussie phone contact number is getting a disconnected message?

Where did you look to find the telephone number?

Uhm  try again ? They should be open. Otherwise what I would do: try to put in urgent request via inbox then they could (would ) call you instead. First you have to confirm everything is ligit snd they call you (back ) .

Did you find the number in extra net under help or under contact?

If you call someone else with same phone is that answered? 

May sound silly but its not . 

Or let someone else try with a BDC listing on your behalf ?
