Booking.com have allowed a 1 night booking when we are closed (and our minimum booking is 3 nights)!!!
We just received an acknowledgement for a 1 night booking on 11th September 2021. We are closed the whole of September. Also, our minimum booking is never less than 3 nights. It seems to be impossible to decline this booking for the reason that we are closed and this is a technical issue with booking.com.
How can we contact someone at booking.com and ask them to correct the situation?
