1 have allowed a 1 night booking when we are closed (and our minimum booking is 3 nights)!!!

We just received an acknowledgement for a 1 night booking on 11th September 2021.  We are closed the whole of September.  Also, our minimum booking is never less than 3 nights.  It seems to be impossible to decline this booking for the reason that we are closed and this is a technical issue with

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
