booking.com system don't close the rooms after reservations.

Lately when a client reserve a room at our guest house, the system still shows the exact room available and many times there have been two reservations on the same rooms on the same dates. How it is possible? Also when we close the rooms for a longer period.. it still show it available. Does anyone has the same problem? And has anyone solve it? It becomes very unpleasant when two different guests arrive and both has booked the same room and the booking.com has allowed it.

Sorry to hear about this...

Double bookings are dreadful and might arise more expenses.

I think it’s better to contact immediately BDC directly and ask them to fix it for you.
