Booking.com's payout process

Hi there

We are based in New Zealand, and have not received any payout fro Booking.com on 3 bookings going as far back as February. Other platforms we use payout as soon as a booking has completed so there is no delay. Just wonder how much Booking.com gains in interest through their delayed payouts as well as the commissions they gain from hosts as well as guests. Does anyone else experience this problem?

there are many similar posts but it usually down to a misunderstanding of the facts, and on occasion a glitch.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
