Dear booking team, there is one apartment that shows in calendar as booked but actually I can't find any reservation in my arrivals.

Could you please check instead, that is one-bedroom apartment (Cream) from 19. to 23 May.

No booking team here, never will be,  only us.


If you have any genuine reservations they will be on your reservations page in the Extranet

Now set range and click show

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
