Bookings not showing on my calendar

I had a guest arrive last Friday for one night. His booking didn’t show on the calendar. Why does this happen and how do I know I will get paid?

How did you confirm his booking was legit?


If it is not on the live Reservations list in Extranet then it never happened.

I've never heard of a booking walk in and not have a matching name or reservation number.


The extranet has a search box at top to search his name, reservation number.

I just saw this other topic you made, related


CAll BdCsupport immediately if you have not already done so.


There is no way those confirmation emails were legit, short of you not using the Extranet and or pulse app to see the reservations list.


Also even if you cant log on to the Extranet you would still have emails, SMS and pulse app notifications of new bookings.


Something definitely is fishy here, call them now and let me know how you get on.
