Hi Community members!  My name is Shirley and I’m one of the Account Advisors who shares advice on making the most of your listing on Booking.com. I’m an Account Executive in our Australian team and am really passionate about setting up our partners for commercial success!

It’s been a tough year and many of us have been unable to travel, however this hasn’t stopped us from looking and dreaming of our next holiday. We see more guests searching and creating wishlists, so it’s become increasingly important to ensure your content can help you stand out!  Think of your content as one of those shop window displays that encourage passers-by to go inside and make a purchase. Your property page does the same for potential guests: it tells your story, showcases your best side, and persuades them that you’re worth staying with.

If you’re like me, you’ll find yourself spending more and more time on your phone, particularly in the current climate. We understand that the need to be accessible via mobile is important. That’s why it has never been easier to update your listing and manage your content on the go with our Pulse App.

How to update your facilities

Facilities can really influence potential guests to book your property. The most popular facilities for guests appear in our website’s filters, which means your property can be more visible in search results if you offer certain facilities – and have them ticked in. In your Pulse app, it’s possible to update your ‘Top facilities’ – just follow these steps.

Updating your photos

Say you’ve just added a few extra decorations to your rooms and the lighting is just perfect - you can quickly take a photo with your phone and upload it straight to your listing through Pulse. Most smartphones nowadays have great cameras so you can really showcase your property the way you want to.

and remember not all features of the Extranet are on Puilse app, you still have to use a Browser on a PC, 

 

So do not make the mistake of thinking you ca ndo everything on app and do not need a PC.

I still think that puls ass can be more progressive and more modernize in the user interface. Airbnb app is the best app I must say in that category.

I love my Pulse App!!!

 

I do everything in my iPhone...

Once I created my listing afterwards  very few times I use my PC...pulse is more handy...

 

 Bookings...availability...messages open with just a click...

 

I edit my rates, restrictions, availability , photos...everything is easy...

 

With pulse I can manage my listing  with no difficulties even when I am in the beach...

I Communicate with partners in Partner Community mostly using my iPhone...

 

Thanks to pulse have no anxiety with my bookings...
