Calendar sync problem which created double booking

In last couple days I have atleast four incidents with double booking on this platform.  Reserved days from VRBO suddenly become opened on  Seems I am not alone as there a lot of frustrated property owners, and I am sure customers as well, on forums and Facebook who has the same problem. I just this morning checked calendar, closed days which should be closed.... And in couple hours later i receive booking confirmation which is double booked days which were reserved since February. How does this happen and why? More to this, I can not cancel this booking on my end: I have to go through customer service each time, who also threatened me with additional charges if guest relocation will be more money.... 



ah , here we go again....


Its very simple get a 3rd party Channel manager service if you want to list on 2 or more OTA, its that simple.;nobeds;beds24;cloudbeds etc..


otherwise manually block the opposite calendar when a new booking comes in.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
