We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Welcome to the Partner Only  Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.


ical Sync, calendar sync, export/importing


Warning: It is highly reccomended you do not use or rely on this feature, as it will cause Overbookings / double bookings.


Instead use a free or low cost Channel Manager to pull all OTA calendars to itself.


e.g. nobeds, clouds beds, eviivo, siteminder etc.



Otherwise you need to :

  1. Not need sleep and manual block on new reservation
  2. Only have an inventory count of 1 per Room Type. >1 and the import Export feature  will disappear from view.
