Can not open dates in Calendar - Channel Provider

Hi,

My booking.com account is linked to my channel manager but i cannot open dates. They are open in my channel manager but not in booking.com despite being resent several times. 

Can someone pls help? I have followed the below steps

 

1. Go to Rates and Availability > click on Open/close rooms 

​  2. Select dates from which they have AV loaded until the last day (match what they have on smartbnb) - Select all days of the week - Select all their rooms and rates - Action to perform > tick OPEN - Click on the blue button 'Update and Stay here.'

That Channel manager might have limited access by design, contact Partner Support and the CM support.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
