cancel booking
customers can not cancel booking to get there money back even if they book my rate plan "flexible 1 day minimum stay 3 days". When they book my rate plan "flexible 1 day for 7 days and more" they can cancel booking flexible 1 day like it should be.

Maybe there is some problem in your Policies...it’s better if you contact directly BDC...your local support office should be able to assist you.
