cancel a booking within in 48hrs of arrival


does anyone have a contact number for customer service ?

I have accepted a double booking and I am trying to cancel it for both myself and the guest.

I cannot find a contact number 





In that case the preferred order is :


  1. Guest initiates cancellation via their account.
  2. Guest can also use contact Customer service to do it.


Worst case you can contact partner support due to the short notice.



Never post account action requests here, nothing will happen.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
