Cancel my accounts

I have 3 accounts with you and I have tried to cancel them.  You keep sending bookings to me and I no longer want to do business with you.  Last week, you double booked my place after I sent 3 emails to you telling you I no longer have and account with you.

first and foremost you must take the time to prevent new bookings.


So use either:

  • Open/close rooms [easy way]
  • Set inventory with bulk edit  tool to 0
  • property snooze

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
