cancel my ad because we sold the property

I would like to cancel my ad because we sold our property per end of january 2021. I tried that before (in september) but I can no longer get onto your site and your system is sending the code to a complete different email address. I just had a lady on the phone who apparently made a reservation which I never got. Due to Covid we no longer receive guests since a few months because my husband is disabled and has heart problems as well.

You will need to be able to logon to the Extranet to do this. ::

 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose TERINATE
  6. Then follow its steps.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed. or
