We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Can someone please help or show me how to cancel the property listed?  Thanks

Thanks for your prompt response.  I did click on the link you send and follow the instructions.  Went into my Inbox and tried to compose a new message but there was no such option for me to do so.  Don't understand why they make it so difficult to cancel a listing?

Thank you very much for your help.  I managed to called Booking.com and they were able to help me cancel over the phone.  I now need to wait 14 business days for the termination letter.  Much appreciated!
