Cancel a reservation

We have a booking for tomorrow but we need to cancel it as it was made tonight and we are not accepting any guests due to Scotland being in level 5 lockdown. And only accepting essential or key workers.

  1. In the Fine Print area [ Property > View My Descriptions], tick the various boxes on that page for limited bookings accepted, and workers etc. This gives you the right to request from guest reason for booking .  
  2. Should a Guest not reply nor provide info, then go ahead and open the Reservation Details page, on right click Request Cancel and choose option 1.  
  3. or you can just message or phone BdC Partner Support.



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
