Cancel reservation

Hello

I would like to cancel reservation "***" of guest ***. Unfortunately his flight was cancelled due to covid-19 restrictions and he won't be able to make it.

This is partner forum not help desk.  The easiest thing is to get the guest to cancel it.

 

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
