Cancel Resevation

Hi, I just want to know can I cancel the reservation?

Yes you can but you might have to pay penalties....

You can ask your guest very politely to cancel reservation....

Search for cancellations so you find more info.

You can also call your BDC local office and ask them to assist you.

The clever way to do it is :


1. Message guest - keep it simple , and short.

"Sorry over booked my mistake due to computer error,  I must cancel. Please be advised you will shortly recieve an email confirmation request, please simply click on the cancel confirm link.  Should you wish to book other dates, I would be happy to confirm availability. Thank you kindly"

2. In Extranet > reservations, click their reservation, then on right pane click on cancellation to start it.
