Click on Contact us to reveal the phone number.
I found this buried under Partner Help > Your Reservations. So many of us likely have never seen it. This should have been pinned and featured on the community
Yes you can but you might have to pay penalties....
You can ask your guest very politely to cancel reservation....
Search for cancellations so you find more info.
You can also call your BDC local office and ask them to assist you.

1. Message guest - keep it simple , and short.
