Cancelation coronavirus less 48h

Hello,

my guest wants to cancel the reservation due to the coronavirus but can not do it as it is in less than 48h.

Could you please do it for us?

Open Extranet, 

Open their reservation, click on cancel

Guest receives email with actions, : Accept or Accept after requesting Wiaver to cancellation policy .

The second gives full refund.

Thanks for your reply but it is not working within the last 48h preior reservation (even if it is more before arrival).

How to do?
