Reminder guideline , remove guest full name and reservation number, you will never need to post them.

 

It looks like you are trying to tell BdC of an agreed cancellation.

This is pointless and nothing will happen as a result of posting this.

 

How did you cancel or did the guest cancel via the website?

 

If neither of ye have done anything but request a cancellation and agree via message or phone then you need to take action :

 

  • On extranet goto the reservation details Page, 
  • On right pane click Request Cancel, choose option 2
  • Wait for guest to receive notification and click confirm in email.
  • Now the system will cancel and fully refund if prepaid to BdC.
