canceling the option the payments to be managed by boooking
Dear booking.com
I am disappointed by the service you provide to manage payments. I am still claiming a difference, which you do not recognize, don't explain anything and the communication takes ages.
So please advise how can I cancel the option, the payments to be managed by booking.
At least until you improve the service.
