Cancellation

Have had a guest cancel on the day he was due to check in due to covid. I'm Unable to cancel on extranet as it has to be 48 hours before check in.  How can I cancel on extranet now?

Guest could have cancelled via booking.com or its CS contact.

 

Now you can decide if they did not prepay, then just mark it as a No Show, and no prepayment so you do not get invoice for commission on it.

 

There is also a feature on the Reservations statements under finance menu, with a tickbox to dispute that reference should it appear as commission applied.

 

Or you could just message the BdC support with the details and it will be resolved in time.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
