We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Cancellation before 24 hr problem.

I have problem on cancellation received from the guest from China. I have quarantine from receiving guests and I just got reservation. How can I cancel it ? I need quick response. TY

Maybe you should call your BDC local office and ask them to support you.

This seems a bit ambiguous and no property linked in your profile either . Please link it as it helps us help you.

 

If I understand right, you received a new reservation from someone based in China region and you do not want to accept it due to the ongoing Coronavirus epidemic in china.

 

i.e. you want to cancel it and it was not the guest who asked to cancel. right? On the top of your Extranet there is a notice for how to handle these requests.
