Hello, i would like to cancel my accommodation. I have still some reservations, the one in May stays in tact. But one person *** did cancel, like i asked her, but she will not get all her money back from you. Something went wrong, Can you try to give her her money back in total and not only 9 euro something?

I apologize but i do not know how to make this word for her.

Thats not how to do it.


  1. In the extranet, close all rooms to prevent new bookings
  2. go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  3. Select ‘ messages’.
  4. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  5. Choose Account
  6. Now choose TERMINATE, 
  7. follow the prompts.


You may later need to contact partner support or they will reach out about the future reservations, but best in mean time to have at least sent a message to those guests.



Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.
