Simply direct the guest to do it themselves, on their account, so long as its more than 48 hours away they can choose cancel, then follow the steps and notoifications.


literally that simple.


else you click Request Cancel on their details page, and choose option2, wait for guest to get notification and click a action link.





Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
