Hi,I want to speak with someone in Greek,I am trying to stop the reservations,but there is one at 19/6 .I sent messages to the guests but they didn’t answer,what can I do?I have to cancel the reservation.please someone call me so I can arrange it.thank you.

To stop new bookings close rooms, set inventory to 0, turn on property snooze etc.


When a guest has not answered with in say 2-3 days for a future booking, call or message partner support.


but its better to wait and get the guest to cancel it on their actual account on the website.








Account related enquiries should not be posted here ,instead open a case by message Partner Support, then phone call to follow up after its logged.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
