How to refuse a reservation due to COVID ? Must have 24 hours between 2 reservation.
You need to manually block the day in between bookings. If you can't take bookings then mark property as Closed.

that wasn't what you said in your query ! Try pressing Cancel button on reservation record. Message guest and explain. They have to actually do the cancellation. Maybe let them know some alternatives nearby so more likely to agree to cancellation. If you contact help team they will charge you a relocation fee.
