Cancellation

I need to cancel a reservation that has just been made by a guest---what do I do and is their a penalty--if so how much?

Hi

 

simply contact guest directly then no relocation invoice. but if BdC invol;ved and guest still want accomodation in area then you get invoiced by BdC for it.
