Hi, I need customer support in order to cancel a reservation that was double booked, the guest has not paid but I need to officially cancel it on the extranet, HOW???

You can usually do it yourself without contacting them, depending on how soon the check-in date is.


The simple way is , 


  1. Open reservation details
  2. Click on right pane , bottom, Request Cancel, then Choose option 2.
  3. System sends a notification to Guest to click confirm.
  4. Now wait for guest to confirm the notification.
  5. Then the system triggers status update
