Cancellation by guest


I just had a guest cancellation, she cancelled 17 days before check in. But i’ve fixed that cancellations 30 days before check in the guest loses theri money. But booking sats that i wont Get that money now? Why?

Yes that does seems strange, but I suspect it is due to a misconfiguration you made.

As we cannot assist further and cannot see your config,  Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :


1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
